GOD LOVES YOU AND WANTS A LIVING RELATIONSHIP WITH YOU.
"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life" (John 3:16).
NO AMOUNT OF "BEING GOOD" CAN HELP US TO KNOW GOD. WE MUST ACCEPT THAT OUR SIN SEPARATES US FROM GOD.
"But your sins have separated you from your God; your sins have hidden his face from you, so that he will not hear" (Isaiah 59:2).
JESUS CHRIST HAS COME TO TAKE AWAY THE BURDEN OF OUR SIN, SO THAT WE MAY KNOW GOD.
"If we claim to be without sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:8-9).
EACH PERSON MUST PERSONALLY ACCEPT JESUS INTO HIS OR HER LIFE.
"Now this is eternal life: that they may know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent" (John 17:3).
TO RECEIVE JESUS CHRIST INTO YOUR LIFE YOU CAN PRAY THE PRAYER BELOW OR PUT IT INTO YOUR OWN WORDS:
"Lord Jesus, I need your forgiveness. I want you to come into my life and make me new. Help me to love you and live for you every day. Thank you for forgiving my sins and giving me a relationship with you." AMEN.
